Travel acknowledgements

I understand that passport, visa, identification, and entry requirements vary by destination. It is my responsibility to make sure every traveler has valid travel documents and meets all destination-specific requirements before travel.

I confirm that I am ready to begin planning and booking my travel with Lelia Lux Travels and give permission to be contacted regarding this trip.

Planning fee agreement

For custom itinerary planning, Lelia Lux Travels may charge a nonrefundable planning fee. Lelia will tell you the amount before any planning begins. This fee covers time, research, expertise, itinerary design, destination recommendations, and access to trusted travel partners and suppliers. The planning fee is separate from the cost of travel and is earned upon payment.

When a planning fee applies, it is required before custom itinerary planning begins. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
